Cyclist dies after weekend crash in south Edmonton

Police are looking for witnesses and video of a crash that caused the death of a cyclist over the weekend.

Police are investigating after a cyclist was killed in a crash over the weekend.

The crash happened at 2 p.m. on Sunday at 34 Street and 28A Avenue.

Police say a 65-year-old cyclist was crossing 34 Street when he was hit by an SUV driven by a 41-year-old man.

The cyclist was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
