A man faces a second-degree murder charge in the killing of Roger Seeseequon in northern Alberta. Mounties responded to a report of a dead man in South Tallcree First Nation around 8 a.m. Sunday. Upon arrival, officers found the victim with a stab wound. The 39-year-old man was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Edmonton who determined the death to be a homicide. A suspect was identified and arrested by police on Monday. Ricky Seeseequon, 52, has been charged with second-degree murder. He is in custody and is to appear in court on Aug. 25. Tallcree First Nation is about 520 kilometres north of Edmonton.
