The Jersey Shore is coming to Canada, and the lone Calgarian on the cast says it makes perfect sense to have a Canadian spinoff. “Here in Canada, we like to party,” Isaiah Crawford told CTV News. Crawford is one of ten cast members on Canada Shore, which was shot in Kelowna last summer. The cast members spent a month in a lakefront home on the Okanagan. While the pool and partying were fun, Crawford admits the nearly round-the-clock camera coverage was tough to get used to. “Oh man, it took some adjustment for sure. First couple days I was like, “OK, this is wild.” Cameraman following you, camera in every corner. It took some getting used to for sure. But maybe a week in I just kind of forgot the cameras were there,” Crawford said. And while the ten cast members hail from coast to coast, it was an original Jersey Shore star who got the party started in episode one. “Biggest surprise? Probably Snooki. I did not know an OG Jersey Shore member was going to pull up like that,” Crawford said. Canada Shore starts streaming on Paramount+ on Thursday, Jan. 22.
