Thunderstorms and rain coming down on Calgary for Wednesday

The latter half of the work week in Calgary is shaping up to be a little unstable.

There will be heavy rain at times Tuesday night through Wednesday, with 10 millimetres expected to come down in Calgary.

The risk of thunderstorms returns Wednesday afternoon as chilly gusts from the north are expected to reach up to 50 km/h and bring a cooler high of 14 C.

Unstable weather is in the forecast for the rest of the work week, but things look like they will brighten and warm for the weekend.
