Lethbridge police say they recovered almost a dozen stolen firearms during a recent arrest and vehicle search. The vehicle was also stolen, police in the southern Alberta city say. A 46-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were both arrested at the time and remain in custody. Police say they identified the vehicle as having been stolen roughly 100 kilometres away in Claresholm. When they later made the arrests, police say they found meth on the man’s person and 10 firearms as well as ammunition inside the vehicle. They say the firearms were also stolen in Claresholm.
