RCMP investigate suspicious death at Airdrie home

RCMP have cordoned off a home in the 100 block of Mountain Circle S.E. in Airdrie

Airdrie RCMP and the RCMP Forensic Unit are investigating the death of an unidentified male at a home in the 100 block of Mountain Circle S.E. in Airdrie.

Officers responded to the home Saturday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m. for a check on welfare.  Inside the home, the lifeless body of a man was located.

An autopsy will be conducted early this week.

RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in locating a vehicle that may provide information on the man's death.
