Someone stole paramedic tools and equipment and police are asking for your help to get it back. Police put out the call for public assistance Tuesday, following an event that occurred Friday. That morning, police say someone swiped a bag containing equipment and uniforms from a paramedic’s private vehicle. It happened in the 100 block of Covebrook Place, N.E. According to police, two people were seen in CCTV footage trying to get into other vehicles around that time. Police describe one of the individuals as “wearing a black motocross-type helmet” and “carrying a blue cooler and large bag.” They describe the other as “wearing a hooded sweater under a two-tone jacket with reflective strips on the wrists and shoulders” and “carrying a backpack.” CCTV images of the suspects have been released.
