Okotoks RCMP ask for help in shooting investigation

Okotoks RCMP are asking for public assistance to identify a suspect in a Sept. 18 targeted shooting in Okotoks, Alta.

Okotoks RCMP are asking for public assistance to identify the occupants of a vehicle believed to be connected to a Thursday evening shooting at Drake Landing Terrace.

At 6 p.m. on Sept. 18, a man was shot by someone police believe was in a red/orange Land Rover Range Rover with tinted windows and black rims.

The vehicle was discovered on fire by police, who believe the shooting was a targeted incident.

Anyone with information about or dash-cam footage of the vehicle’s movements in the minutes leading up to the 6 p.m. shooting is asked to contact Okotoks RCMP at 403-995-6400.
