Motorcyclist sustains minor injuries in Friday collision with vehicle in northwest

Investigation is underway after a motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon in northwest Calgary.

Police responded at 3:52 p.m. to Bowness Road and 52 Street N.W. for reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and vehicle.

The motorcyclist was transported to hospital as a precaution with minor injuries.

The driver remained on scene.
