Man suffers serious injuries in Marlborough stabbing: Calgary police

Calgary police investigate a stabbing after a man was found badly injured in the 5000 block of Marbank Drive N.E. on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025.

Calgary police are investigating a stabbing that left one man seriously injured on Sunday.

Police were called to the 5000 block of Marbank Drive N.E. just after 7 a.m. for reports of an injured man.

The victim, a 20-year-old, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police say he remains in hospital in stable condition.

Police officers at the scene followed a blood trail from where the victim was found to the location they believe the stabbing took place – the 4300 block of Marbank Drive N.E.

Several people at that address are being interviewed about the incident
