Performing at Nashville North at the Calgary Stampede will always hold a special place for country artist Robyn Ottolini. “Fun fact: Nashville North was the first place I ever played F-150 live after it went viral,” Ottolini told CTV News. F-150 first got traction on TikTok before Ottolini signed to Warner Music. It became a platinum-certified hit for her in 2021. Now an independent artist, Ottolini says she’s looking forward to returning to Canada and the Calgary Stampede. “I love Canada. I love the weather. I love the trees. I’m from a small town and even just looking out the window, it’s just forest and, yeah, I just miss my hometown and my family and my friends,” Ottolini said. Ottolini performs at Nashville North on Sneak-A-Peek night on Thursday, opening for fellow Canadian artist Josh Ross.
