Calgary police say a black bear was spotted in southwest Calgary early Sunday morning. Just before 8 a.m., they posted on the CPS X account that “a black bear was seen in the area of Oakridge by 90 Ave. S.W.in the green space close to the Glenmore Reservoir. “The bear was not aggressive,” it said, “and Fish & Wildlife is aware.” “Please use caution,” it added, “and do not approach the animal.”
