Two men and a youth are facing charges in connection with the killing of a man in the southeast Calgary community of Ogden last year. A fourth suspect is also being sought by police. On Dec. 10, 2025, at approximately 12:30 a.m., gunshots were reported in the 7000 block of 20 Street S.E. When officers got there, they found the dead victim lying outside his vehicle. He was later identified as Feysal Osman Abdul-Aziz, 32, the same man who was charged with second-degree murder in the death of another man in 2020 but was ultimately acquitted. Three people were arrested a short time after the shooting, with the assistance of the Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service. Two of those three individuals were released while the third, a 17-year-old, was taken into custody on unrelated warrants. Suspects’ second arrest On March 12, Clearwater RCMP responded to a vehicle stuck in a ditch on Highway 5 near Blue River, B.C. Officers soon determined that two of the vehicle’s occupants were connected to the Ogden shooting. A third person was arrested but later released. Calgary police say the two people arrested by Clearwater RCMP were the same suspects who were arrested after Abdul-Aziz’s death. Aken Bolakok Aken, 23, and Ayomide Opemips Adeyinka, 21, both from Edmonton, are charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. The 17-year-old youth, who was still in police custody, now faces the same charges. The teen cannot be named due to the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Fourth suspect sought As Aken and Adeyinka await their court hearing in March 26, police say a fourth suspect is still wanted in connection with the fatal shooting. Yahya Abdullahi, 22, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for murder and conspiracy to commit murder. He is described as having a dark skin tone, 175 centimeters (5’9”) tall, weighing approximately 54 kilograms (120 pounds) with black hair and brown eyes. Abdullahi is believed to have connections in Northern and Western Canada and may be in Edmonton, the Northwest Territories or the lower mainland of B.C.
