The future of construction is taking shape right here in Midland and the doors are opening to the community. PrimeFab, a leader in prefabricated building envelope solutions and a division of the Triumph Group of Companies, will host a Job Fair at its Midland manufacturing facility on Monday, Jan. 26. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 111 Pillsbury Drive and is open to anyone interested in skilled trades, manufacturing, and production careers. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the PrimeFab team, learn about available roles, and see how prefabrication is transforming construction through, what they call, safer, more efficient, and more sustainable building practices. PrimeFab’s Midland facility represents a major investment in the region, according to officials, creating long-term employment opportunities and new pathways into the construction industry. “Our goal is to build more than high-performance construction systems,” said Mario Ribeiro, CEO of Triumph Group of Companies. “We’re building a strong local workforce and meaningful careers right here in Midland.” PrimeFab will also participate in the Georgian College Job Fair on Jan. 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., continuing its commitment to workforce development. Triumph Group of Companies is a family-owned and operated with over 35 years of experience. The company says it employs over 500 work professionals.
