A shelter in place advisory in Midland, Ont., has been lifted after a possible armed person scare on Thursday morning. Provincial police say there is no threat to public safety and residents can resume regular activities. Southern Georgian Bay OPP confirm one person has been taken into custody. There is no word yet on charges. There will be an increased police presence in the area as police say an investigation into the matter is underway.
