Barrie is asking for public input on the future redevelopment of Minet’s Point Park. Residents are being asked to give their feedback on two concepts and complete a survey before June 30 for a chance to win a prize. According to the city, The insights shared by the community will shape the finalized concept of the redesign and implementation. The city says the goal of the park’s redesign is to improve access to water, enhance environmental and natural features and strengthen connections to the nearby neighbourhood.
