Charlottetown Police Services is searching for a man who is missing from the Hillsborough Hospital. Police say 52-year-old Robert Dwayne Kelly was last seen around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday while on an escorted leave on Church Street in Cornwall. According to a news release Monday, police say Kelly left the area unnoticed by hospital staff and has not been seen since. A warrant of committal was issued for his return. Kelly is described by police as five-foot-seven and weighing 155 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, grey pants and beige shoes.
