A 26-year-old woman received a hefty fine for allegedly driving 151 km/h in a 100 km/h zone in Lower Sackville, N.S., on Wednesday afternoon. Halifax Regional Police says an officer spotted a vehicle travelling fast inbound on Highway 102 from Fall River to Lower Sackville around 2 p.m. The driver was ticketed for stunting, which involves travelling at more than 50 km/h over the posted speed limit. Along with a $2,422.50 fine, the woman received a seven-day licence suspension and her vehicle was seized. She also had six points assigned to her driver’s record.
