The Nova Scotia RCMP has charged two people in connection with a drug trafficking investigation that resulted in drugs and money being seized. On Tuesday, police conducted a traffic stop on Highway 101 in relation to the ongoing investigation. Officers arrested a 30-year-old man from Lower Sackville, N.S., who was the only person in the vehicle. Police say officers seized cocaine, methamphetamines and cash during a search of the man. Around 9:30 p.m. that same day, police executed a search warrant at a property on Quinella Court in Lower Sackville and arrested a 26-year-old woman from the community. During the search of the home and a vehicle on the property, police say officers seized: Brandon Scott Sanford and Kaitlyn Kristina Starratt have been charged with: They were held in custody and released on conditions by the court on Wednesday.
