Pedestrian suffers life-threatening injuries after being struck by vehicle in Truro, N.S.: police

A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Truro, N.S.

The Truro Police Service said officers responded to the collision on Thursday around 6:30 p.m. It happened at the corner of Prince and King streets.

Police said the pedestrian suffered serious, life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital.

Investigators are now asking anyone with dash cam footage or who may have witnessed this incident to contact police.

The collision is under investigation.
