Nova Scotia RCMP arrests two people for drug trafficking in Lunenburg County

The Nova Scotia RCMP has arrested two people for alleged drug trafficking in Lunenburg County.

Police executed a search warrant at a Northfield Road residence in Watford as part of an ongoing investigation on Monday. They seized quantities of cocaine, hydromorphone, unstamped tobacco, cellphones and cash, according to an RCMP news release.

Kelsey Ann Eisnor, 56, and Stephen Glenwood Charles Jodrey, 43, who are both from Watford, were charged with:

• possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
• possession for the purpose of trafficking (hydromorphone)
• possession of property obtained by crime
• possession of tobacco in contravention of the Excise Act
• Possession of unstamped tobacco for the purpose of trafficking

Eisnor and Jodrey were released on conditions and are scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 28.
