The Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, home to Gus, a 95-year-old gopher tortoise, is seen in Halifax on Friday, March 16, 2018. Gus was born and raised in Florida, purchased for a nominal fee by a former museum director, and moved to Halifax in 1942. Believed to be the oldest gopher tortoise in the world, Gus is a big hit with visitors of all ages. THE CANADIAN PRESS/Andrew Vaughan
