Snowbirds to take part in Airshow Atlantic’s Saint John debut

Airshow Atlantic will take to the skies over Saint John for the first time next summer, bringing world-class performers to the area.

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds have released their 2026 performance schedule, confirming their attendance at the event, which is taking place from Aug. 29 to Aug. 30. The 2026 season will mark 55 years since the inaugural Snowbirds team first flew.

“This marks a major moment for southern New Brunswick, as one of Canada’s premier aviation events comes to Saint John for the very first time—bringing world-class performers, family excitement, and a significant tourism boost to the region,” reads a news release from the Saint John Airport.

Airshow Atlantic is expected to attract aviation enthusiasts and families from across the region.
