Police in Saint John, N.B., are searching for a 29-year-old woman wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. A warrant was issued for Kendra Voutt around 3 p.m. Tuesday after she allegedly violated the conditions of her statutory release. The Saint John Police Force describes her as being five-feet tall and 90 pounds with dyed long blonde hair and blue eyes. Voutt also has a tattoo on her left thigh that says “Death Before Dishonour” and one on her lower abdomen that says “Laugh Now, Cry Never.” Police say she was last seen in the Waterloo Street area of Saint John on Tuesday. Voutt was reportedly last seen wearing a white tank top, white jean shorts and carrying a purple bookbag. She is currently serving a four-year, four-month sentence for: Police say Voutt should not be approached.
