Man wanted for allegedly failing to return to N.B. correctional centre

A 25-year-old man serving a six-year sentence is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after he allegedly failed to appear at the Parrtown Community Correctional Centre in Saint John, N.B.

The warrant was issued for Michael McGraw on Friday, according to a news release from the Saint John Police Force. He is serving his first federal sentence for:

• sexual assault
• possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
• assault – intentional use of force
• possession of a Schedule I substance
• assault causing bodily harm
• armed robbery
• mischief to property
• failure to attend court
• two counts of failure to comply with order

McGraw is described as standing five-foot-eight and weighing 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

He could be in the Moncton area. The public is warned not to approach him.
