Tropical Scallop Ceviche Recipe

The executive director of Devour! Studios share details on their Seafood Culinary Courses.

Ingredients:

• 4 oz diced scallops
• ½ avocado, diced
• 2 tbsp chopped tomato
• 1 tsp chopped red onion (soaked in cold water 1 hour)
• ¼ cup diced mango
• ¼ cup chopped dragon fruit
• 1 tsp of fresh garlic
• 1 tsp fresh ginger
• 1 tsp pickled (sushi) ginger
• 1 tsp fresh jalapeno, minced
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp good olive oil
• 1 tsp fresh cilantro chopped

Directions:

1. mix all in a bowl
2. let sit 12-13 minutes
3. serve in soup bowl or martini glass
4. garnish with cilantro
