Smoked Cream Cheese Recipe

Step 1: Take a block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (this brand works best).

Step 2: Score the top of the cream cheese with a sharp knife in your preferred design.

Step 3: Apply BBQ rub on all sides of the block of cream cheese (We will be using Whiskey Bent Pecanerry.)

Step 4: Put onto your Traeger at 225 F, for about an hour. You can use tinfoil or a tinfoil pan to put the cream cheese on.

Step 5: 10 mins before taking the cream cheese off, apply your preferred BBQ sauce or Hot Honey. (We will be using Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle )

Step 6: Pull off cream cheese and put a little more BBQ sauce on it and serve with crackers.
