PC®’s Next-Level Chip Volcano

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

• 4 slices PC Splendido Prosciutto
• ½ cup PC Country Churned unsalted butter
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 1 bag PC Rippled Kettle Cooked Hot Honey & Lime flavoured potato chips
• 2 to 3 PC Red Thai Hot Peppers, thinly sliced and seeded
• ¼ cup finely grated PC Splendido Parmigiano Reggiano
• Lime wedges and zest

Directions:

1. Heat non-stick skillet over medium; cook prosciutto, turning occasionally, until crispy, about 5 minutes. Break into pieces. Set aside.
2. Add butter and honey to skillet; cook over low, stirring, until melted. Combine chips, prosciutto and peppers in large bowl; drizzle with honey mixture and toss to coat.
3. Stack half of chips mixture on plate; sprinkle with half of cheese. Repeat layers. Garnish with lime wedges and zest. Drizzle leftover honey butter from the bowl over top.
