Price of gas up in N.B., P.E.I., down in N.S.

The price of gas increased overnight in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island while prices decreased in Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia

In the Halifax-area, the price of regular self-serve gasoline decreased by four cents. The minimum price is now 144.9 cents per litre.

The price of diesel did not change. The minimum price remains at 151.2 cents per litre.

The new price of regular self-serve gasoline in Cape Breton is 146.8 cents per litre and the price of diesel is 153.1 cents per litre.

Prince Edward Island

The price of regular self-serve gasoline on P.E.I. increased by 1.2 cents. The minimum price is now 154.8 cents per litre.

Diesel prices on the island also increased by 1.2 cents. The minimum price is now 158.5 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

In New Brunswick, the price of regular self-serve gasoline increased by three cents. The new maximum price is 152.6 cents per litre.

Diesel prices increased by 3.5 cents. The maximum price is now 158.1 cents per litre.
