Over 100 local businesses are participating in a downtown-wide open house. From food, to the arts, demonstrations and even a local trivia scavenger hunt, there’s something for everyone. Not to mention, tons of deals and incentives to support local businesses. Earlier today, I caught up with Gordon Stevens, the founder of “I Love Local Halifax” and one of the driving forces behind tomorrow’s community event. He says everyone is invited to take part in “Open City”, not just Haligonians.
