Sen. Patrick Brazeau is back on Twitter with a promise to “be nice from now on,” a little more than two weeks after he insulted a journalist for reporting on his attendance record and challenged another over a civil court case.
Brazeau, or “TheBrazman” on Twitter, shut down his account on June 29.
"Must have been a slow season to have the media comment on my "break" from Twitter. I'll be nice from now on...I promise." @TheBrazman wrote.
Last month, Brazeau tweeted that Canadian Press reporter Jennifer Ditchburn should change her last name to Bitchburn. She had reported on Brazeau having the lowest attendance record in the Senate from June 2011 to April 2012.
He then traded barbs with an APTN reporter who was reporting on a civil court case involving Brazeau.
