HALIFAX -- Environment Canada says Nova Scotia and P.E.I. should prepare for significant snowfall on Friday.
Forecasters have issued a special weather statement for the two provinces, but they don't say how much snow is expected to fall.
They say a low-pressure system is expected to bring heavy weather to the U.S. East Coast before moving into the Maritimes on Thursday night.
