Winnipeg real estate market continues to break records

Winnipeg’s housing market continues to remain hot, according to the latest numbers from the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board.

The board’s report for October 2025 saw 1,344 sales, up one per cent from last year and a six per cent increase from the five-year average.

The report states the average price of detached homes last month was $442,104, up four per cent from last year. The board states that residential detached homes have set new monthly and year-to-date average sales records every month in 2025.

However, condo sales have dropped 19 per cent year over year, but the average price of $297,428 was up 12 per cent compared to last year.

The agency said so far this year, all house sales are up five per cent compared to 2024.
