The most expensive homes for sale in Winnipeg

Winnipeg’s real estate market is heating up.

According to the Winnipeg Real Estate Board report for May 2025, sales of homes in Winnipeg increased by four per cent compared to the same time in 2024. The average home price in Winnipeg rose to $468,770 in May, an eight per cent increase from the previous year.

For those dreaming of home ownership, saving for a down payment, or just interested in seeing lavish homes in the city, here are five of the most expensive homes for sale in Winnipeg as of June, according to Realtor.ca.

42 Devonport Boulevard ($5,800,000)

Described as “the epitome of modern-day luxury” in its listing, this home in Tuxedo, completed three years ago, is a custom-built two-storey estate. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home includes a pool, a wine cellar and a speakeasy inside. The home recently entered the market and has been for sale for 16 days.

96 River Road ($4,995,000)

On the market for 167 days, this home on River Road was built in 1997 and boasts a view of the Red River from the backyard. The home includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an outdoor pool and an indoor floor hockey space.

123 Handsart Boulevard ($3,999,900)

Also in Tuxedo, this home was built in 2005 and includes a pool, a four-car garage, a games area and a new multi-sport simulator. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home has been on the market for 30 days.

310 Bower Boulevard ($3.5 million)

The third home in Tuxedo on this list, it was built in 1965 and is not far from Assiniboine Park. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an infrared sauna and a two-way staircase leading to a loft. It has been on the market for 69 days.

815 Wellington Crescent ($2,999,999)

On the banks of the Assiniboine River, this home has also been on the market for 16 days. The home includes a pool, an outdoor kitchen and a “captain’s lounge” inside the home.
