Closures throughout Windsor persist as air quality remains poor

Officials at the City of Windsor are extending several suspensions to services as air quality warnings persist in the region.

Smoke from forest fires forced adjustments to several services in the city through the end of the week.

Outdoor pools will remain closed on Saturday and will reopen on Sunday as air quality is projected to improve.

SUPIE Park programs are cancelled on Saturday, resuming on Sunday, and Peche Island ours are cancelled Saturday, set to resume on Wednesday.

Sports fields will be available for use as the public decides is safe with limited maintenance.

Adventure Bay Family Water Park and Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre will be open on Saturday.
