A drug bust at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel. Officers with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) seized over 13 kilograms (28 pounds) of cannabis along with 49 THC vapes from a U.S. resident, who was fined $56,100. CBSA officials say cannabis is legal in Canada, but crossing the border with it is not.
