Essex County OPP have charged a 43-year-old man after he was allegedly going 142 kilometres per hour on Highway 3 in Kingsville. On July 17 at 9:33 p.m., officers stopped the driver in a 80 km/h zone on Highway 3. Police say the vehicle had no insurance. The driver received a 30-day driver’s licence suspension and 14-day vehicle impound. He was charged with: •Drive motor vehicle - Perform stunt •Owner operate a motor vehicle without insurance The driver has a court date scheduled.
