Video released in connection with 2 murders

CTV Toronto: New clue in murder case There is a new clue in the mob murder of suspected organized crime hit man Sam Calautti. Tamara Cherry reports.

Police have released a security video showing a vehicle of interest in connection to a 2013 double homicide in Vaughan.

Salvatore Calautti, 41 and James Tusek, 35, were gunned down in July of last year, outside of the Terrace Banquet Hall on Creditstone Road, York Regional Police said in a statement.

Nearly a year after the July 12 shooting, police now say they have spoken to several witnesses, but have made no arrests. Hoping for new leads from the public, they have released surveillance footage of a white van that travelled past the crime scene at the time of the shooting.
