One person is seriously injured following a collision in Toronto’s east end on Sunday morning, paramedics say. It happened shortly after 10 a.m. in the area of Gerrard Street East and Jones Avenue. Toronto police said they received reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle. The circumstances surrounding the crash are unknown at this time. Paramedics tell CP24 they brought one patient to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. They did not provide any further details. Police said both involved parties remained at the scene. Gerrard Street East, between Jones and Galt avenues, is currently closed in both directions.
