One seriously injured in hit-and-run in Toronto’s west end

A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a hit-and-run in Parkdale, while the suspect remains at large.

Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run in Toronto’s west end early Monday morning.

It happened near Queen Street West and Jameson Avenue at around 2:45 a.m.

Police say a male suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The vehicle involved did not remain on scene and police are still looking for the driver.

A description of the vehicle has not yet been released.
