Crash on Hwy. 427 ramp leaves 1 male critically injured

The Hwy. 427 ramp to eastbound 401 is closed after a single vehicle crash that left the driver hospitalized with life threatening injuries.

The ramp form northbound Highway 427 to eastbound Highway 401 was closed in Etobicoke very several hours on Monday morning following a serious crash that left one person injured.

Reports from the scene indicate that the single-vehicle collision occurred at around 1:45 a.m.

According to paramedics, one male was taken to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.

The ramp reopened shortly before 9 a.m.
