‘This decision was not made lightly’: Sask. charity closing Warman location, looks for new operator

Saskatchewan-based charity Hope’s Home is shutting down its Warman operations.

Hope’s Home provides medical support for kids with specialized needs.

In a letter to families, the organization says the Warman location will close on June 26.

“This decision was not made lightly,” the letter reads.

Hope’s Home says the Warman site has seen a drop in demand, along with the loss of an on-site nursing program.

The charity says it will work with the school division and potential new operators, with the goal of keeping care spaces in place.
