A man has been seriously injured following a shooting in Île-à-la-Crosse. RCMP say it happened at 11 p.m. on Labour Day. Mounties responded to the shooting and found the injured man on Ahenakew Boulevard. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The investigation is still ongoing. Mounties are asking people to report any suspicious activity in and around Ahenakew Boulevard between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Sept. 7. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact RCMP, or submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
