Saskatchewan Health reports measles exposures in multiple southeast communities

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has identified possible measles exposures in three southeastern communities.

Three communities in Saskatchewan’s southeast corner are currently the sites of possible measles exposures, according to the provincial health authority.

In an alert issued Tuesday afternoon, the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) explained that the communities of Carlyle, Arcola and Wawota are now the sites of possible exposures.

Wawota

Wawota Town Hall (308 Railway Avenue, Wawota)

Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.

Arcola

Arcola Medical Clinic (707 Brock Avenue, Arcola)

Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:10 p.m.

Carlyle

Carlyle Pharmasave (218 Main Street, Carlyle)

Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 1:20 p.m. to 3:20 p.m.

Rural Municipality (RM) of Moose Mountain Office (250 – 8th Street West, Carlyle)

Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 1:45 p.m. to 4:00p.m.

Anyone who attended the affected venues or locations during the specified times are asked to monitor themselves for measles symptoms up to 21 days after their possible exposure.
