Regina Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in an investigation involving a vehicle arson that occurred earlier this month. The incident took place around midnight on April 11, 2026, in a residential neighbourhood in Regina’s east end. When officers arrived on scene, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames. Investigators determined the fire to be suspicious. A wet rag was found inside the vehicle’s gas tank, and the driver’s side window had been shattered with a rock. Surveillance video of the scene showed an individual starting the fire. Witnesses reported seeing a male suspect fleeing the area on a longboard shortly after the fire began. The suspect pictured below is described as wearing a dark jacket over what appeared to be a green hoodie, light-coloured pants, White Nike running shoes with a black swoosh, and a face covering.
