The Ottawa Police Service says an 83-year-old woman has died after being struck by a vehicle in the parking lot at the South Keys Shopping Centre. According to police, a driver struck a pedestrian with a vehicle in the busy parking lot on Bank Street at around 3 p.m. on Monday. Ottawa paramedics said the woman was transported to the hospital in life-threatening condition. On Wednesday, Ottawa police said she had died of her injuries. Police are seeking witnesses to the crash as the investigation continues.
