Ottawa police are seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect connected to multiple commercial break-and-enters in Sandy Hill. Police say the incidents occurred between Aug. 12 and Sept. 25. Police did not disclose how many incidents the suspect is believed to be involved in. The suspect is described as a white man with an average build, a dark beard and moustache. At the time of the incidents, he wore a green and white baseball cap, a dark T-shirt, dark pants and shoes, and carried a dark knapsack.
