Ontario Provincial Police say a homicide investigation is underway after a body was found inside a burnt-out vehicle in Mississippi Mills last week. Firefighters and officers responded to a vehicle fire in a wooded area off Ramsay Concession 12 last Friday shortly before 5:15 p.m. where police found a body inside the car. On Tuesday, police identified the victim as Colin Campbell, 37, of Mississippi Mills and say his death has been deemed a homicide. No arrests were announced. “Preliminary information suggests this is an isolated incident with no signs of a broader threat.
