Kingston police seek suspect accused of making withdrawal after bank customer left card in ATM

Kingston police are looking to identify a person who is suspected of fraudulently withdrawing cash from a person’s bank account after leaving their bank card in an ATM.

According to police, a resident was using the ATM at a bank in Kingston Centre at around 10:50 a.m. on Oct. 1 but unknowingly left their card in the machine.

The next person in line was able to access the victim’s bank account and withdrew $1,000, police said.

Police describe the suspect as middle-aged, wearing a Philadelphia Phillies ball cap, black oversized sunglasses and a grey top.
