The Kemptville District Hospital (KDH) is warning of long wait times in the ER as it deals with capacity pressures this week. The hospital said on social media on Monday that its inpatient capacity is currently at 139 per cent. The issue is putting additional pressure on staff and physicians, the hospital says. “Team KDH is working hard to cope with the surge of patients by triaging care needs appropriately, and appreciates your patience and understanding,” the hospital says.
